Project Name:   Flyover at Nerul Junction on Sion – Panvel Highway for MSRDC
Client: Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) Mumbai
Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Project Description:

Flyover having open foundations for piers/footing, 6-lane divided two-way carriageway having total width of 24.20 m, P.S.C. box girders for obligatory span (2 obligatory spans of length 35m each) & P.S.C. pre-tensioned “I” girders in viaduct spans 9 (25 viaduct spans of approx. 1.55m each), RCC retaining wall with earth fills for approach ramps, length of flyover between the abutments 508.62 m and the length of the solid ramps & valley curves 231.94 m on Sion side and 140.42 m on Panvel side. Total length of flyover 881 m.
Services Offered:

Project management consultancy services including proof consultancy, detailed topographic survey of existing carriage way with reference to the proposed flyover, go-technical investigations for design of flyover foundations, quality assurance plan, quality control procedures and check lists, monitoring the implementation of the quality management system.
