Project Description:

Govt. of West Bengal decided to set up a new township, close to Kolkata over 3075 Ha situated at 10 km from Kolkata. The town shall have business district, industrial areas, open spaces, recreational areas, institutional areas, and individual & group housing.

Proof engineering for preliminary and detailed engineering design and drawing and cost estimates, preparation of tender documents including technical specification of works, Project Management Consulting.
